What is Managed Services?

Managed services is the practice of outsourcing the responsibility for maintaining, and anticipating need for, a range of processes and functions in order to improve operations and cut expenses. It is an alternative to the break/fix or on-demand outsourcing model where the service provider performs on-demand services and bills the customer only for the work done.

Below are some of the examples Managed Services Scope of works; 

•Unlimited Remote and Onsite Help Support and Service:

•Firmware Upgrades

•Network Device RMA management. (Provided the faulty unit return on time from the Principal. No AHR provided. All the replacement SLA will follow back the principal SLA)

•Moves, Additions, and Changes that take under 4 hours to perform:

•Employee onboarding and off boarding

•Workstation/Laptop Upgrades Workstation/Laptop Application Installation if applicable

•Email changes related to mailboxes, distribution groups, public folders, access, etc.

•Any other move, addition, or change that takes under 4 hours to perform.

•Create new or remove Vlan, enabling or disable port security, DHCP Scope including backup configuration,

•Ticketing Monthly Help Desk Ticket Reporting to customers over a predefined period of time.  

•Build/Update documentation on all setup including connectivity path.
